Santa Ana Water Board Racial Equity Action Plan: In accordance with the Santa Ana Water Board’s Racial Equity Resolution (R8-2024-0029), the Santa Ana Water Board staff has prepared the Racial Equity Action Plan. This action plan is intended to provide that Santa Ana Water Board staff with detailed action or tasks to address the racial inequities and environmental injustices internally with in the region’s workforce practices, and externally through the water quality programs administered by the region.

Public Hearing for the Draft Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit: The Santa Ana Water Board will not hold a public hearing for the draft MS4 permit at the December 13, 2024 Board Meeting. No new target date for Board adoption hearing has been set. This decision is based on the staff workload associated with responding to the comments and the expected efforts to revise the draft MS4 Permit in response to comments.
