Blake Hardy is a Family Nurse Practitioner from Oregon, Ohio. He obtained his Master’s 
Degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo. He is accredited via the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and state licensure through the Ohio Board of Nursing. His previous health care experience involves over four years as a Registered Nurse at Mercy St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio where he provided care for a broad patient base.
Personally, Blake loves to spend time with his wife and daughter during his time off. He also likes to golf. In addition, he enjoys reading, discovering ways to provide better patient care, and learning new skills. He says,
I love to learn and expand my knowledge. I am always looking for a new challenge, which is one of many reasons I believe I contribute to our great team here at Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center. Each patient presents a unique case. I enjoy the amount of time I get to spend with each patient. It allows me to get to know them and treat them as a whole and just not the sum of their parts. I have plenty of skills and knowledge to offer here at the practice and I am excited to meet our new patients. Meanwhile, continuing relationships with established patients as I believe a healthy provider-patient relationship is paramount for proper healthcare.
Blake has a special interest in working with patients who have GI issues, such as IBS, chronic constipation and food allergies. Other interests also include but are not limited to men’s health, nutrition and cardiovascular health. Blake is wonderful with patients and it’s nice to have some “male energy” in our abode. Blake is available for new patient appointments, lab reviews and SRT/allergy elimination appointments. He also is in charge of our lab.
