This Beet Powder makes a delicious drink with a tiny bit of Organic Monk Fruit Powder added to sweeten it. It makes me feel secure because I know it is keeping my blood pressure at a healthy level. I'm going to be honest. I don't like beets, so I mix this in water and drink it really FAST. I do it twice a day. Every Day. I have seen great improvements in my pulse, blood pressure and energy. I had gone to a local cardiologist because my pulse was very low and it was all I could do to get out of bed in the mornings. The local doctor did tests and said nothing was wrong with me. I know better. Found Dr. Wolfson on Facebook. Bought and read his book and then ordered the Heart Beet Powder. GAME CHANGER. I now tell everyone about this product and how it has helped my pulse come up to normal numbers and my pressure to go down.

I am very pleased with this. I am actually very AMAZED by this produce. I have a low pulse which makes my blood pressure high and causes bad headaches. I bought this produce and it sat on my counter for about a week before I used it. I had a headache for 8 days. Then I remembered I had gotten this delivery. I took it and within 2 hours my headache was better. I took it several times that day and by bedtime my headache was gone. I now take it every morning and night. If I feel a headache coming on I take a 1/2 dose. IT IS WONDERFUL. No headaches and my blood pressure has gone down and my pulse has not been dropping as low. My husband suffers from headaches as well. I got him to start taking this supplement after he saw what it did for me. Guess what, headaches are gone. I think his headaches are due to high blood pressure as well, but he has a normal pulse. He takes it every morning and night. I will be buying more! I tell everyone about it.

I'd read in Amazon.com product comments that other beet powders have an undesirable taste. This beet powder tastes great! I'm hoping it helps my cardiovascular health.

I really enjoy the Heart beet powder. I mix it with V8 juice every morning and it gives me just the right boost of energy to get my day started. It's a little early to tell how my circulation is doing , but sticking with it knowing it's doing my body good!
