Lindsay Cotter is the gluten-free nutrition specialist, full-time recipe developer and food photographer at the blog Cotter Crunch. As a wife to a former pro athlete, her focus is on good food, good fuel and feeding active people with delicious, gluten-free recipes. Not to mention providing a lot of great nutrition discussion! She started blogging to share healthy easy recipes that helped fuel her then-pro athlete husband, as well as recipes that helped her recover from personal health issues.
