The Official Metro-North app includes real-time train status and track information, passenger crowding, links to MTA eTix, trip schedules and fares, and detailed station information including Grand Central. All information can be viewed in 6 Languages.

Great for reference

This app is great as a reference but not always accurate.

Horrible

Before this last update, this was a functional good app to rely on. Since then, it doesn’t tell you if the train is on time or running late. It does tell you what track it is on either. You are left in the dark to figure it out for yourself, no help at all with this app.
Be aware that this doesn’t tell you or help you at all, only give you a time frame nothing is accurate or the track of the train. You have been warned and good luck.

Please add Train Number

Please add the Train Number for each scheduled run.
(However, do not remove the Track Number.)

The Train Number is a very important piece of information when asking train personnel a question about a specific train.
