Governments may need to turn border closure measures on and off to keep the demands upon their health systems at a manageable level. Opportunities to travel may last only short periods of time, so with demand, the prices will rocket during these limited periods of travel.
Recovery Will Be a Rocky Road
Many elements influence this pandemic such as the impact of blocking measures, when they occur, the effectiveness of health services, money available, the time of year and more. Recovery of countries and regions will be unequal and unsteady.
