The poll of parents with children under 12, commissioned by CHD, found almost 8 in 10 (78%) self-identified progressives as well as 77% of “very conservative,” 56% of liberals and moderates, and 74% of conservatives agree that it’s time to end all mandates.
CHD Says Pfizer Clinical Trial Data Contradicts ‘Safe and Effective’ Government/Industry Mantra
A 38-page report included in the released documents features an Appendix, “LIST OF ADVERSE EVENTS OF SPECIAL INTEREST,” that lists 1,291 different adverse events following vaccination. “At least now we know why the FDA and Pfizer wanted to keep this data under wraps for 75 years. These findings should put an immediate end to the Pfizer COVID vaccines. The potential for serious harm is very clear, and those injured by the vaccines are prohibited from suing Pfizer for damages,” said Children’s Health Defense (CHD) president and general counsel Mary Holland.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul is trying to bypass the legislature and give herself sweeping new powers with a recently proposed regulation that would allow her to arrest suspected public health threats and imprison them without trial or due process in “health care facilities.” The Public Health and Health Planning Council will vote on adopting the regulation on February 10.

According to the Associated Press, the agency is actively pressing vaccine maker Pfizer to submit an application for EUA status for this age group despite wide acknowledgment that children are not at risk for complications from COVID-19.

On January 13, Alameda County Superior Court Judge Brad Seligman ruled in favor of petitioners CHD, CHD-CA, PERK, Jane Doe, and Janet Doe, parents whose children attend school within the Piedmont Unified School District, granting their request for an expedited trial on the underlying lawsuit, and also granting an order staying enforcement of the District’s unlawful and unconstitutional COVID-19 injection requirement on children five years of age. Piedmont Unified is the only school district in the state of California currently mandating experimental vaccines on children younger than 12 years of age.

Children’s Health Defense filed a motion for emergency relief with the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, asking the Court to stay the Federal Communications Commission’s Over-the-Air Reception Devices” (OTARD) Rule Amendment, before it goes into effect on 3/29/21. The amended rule allows property owners to place fixed wireless antennas on their property and, for the first time, to extend wireless data/voice services, including 5G, to users on neighboring properties. The rule purports to facilitate mesh Wi-Fi networks, 5G, and the deployment of the ground infrastructure for SpaceX satellites.

The most insidious aspect of OTARD is that it eliminates all state and local zoning authority over these arrangements. No permit is required, deed and homeowners’ association restrictions or any other state laws are preempted. No notice to neighboring property owners is required. CDC Blocks Testimony by Vaccine Whistleblower in Medical Malpractice Case
The Director of the CDC, Thomas Frieden has blocked CDC whistleblower, Dr. William Thompson from testifying regarding scientific fraud and destruction of evidence by senior CDC officials in critical CDC vaccine safety studies regarding the causative relationship between childhood vaccines and autism.
