Are you sharing social media posts or talking with friends about medical freedom, 5G, unhealthy air/water/food, or censorship? Then you’re already an advocate!

Being an advocate doesn’t mean you have to stand on a soap box and air all your frustrations on the topic of the day (although there are some that do). All it takes to be an advocate is to speak up – even if that’s just to one other person. Always think of yourself as an advocate every time you share a post or meme or video about a topic that concerns you.

Children’s Health Defense has an amazing section that makes being an advocate easy and fun with stickers that you can post everywhere you go, flyers, handouts and rally signs, as well as an entire section on 5G/EMR/Wireless.
