Our partner Medical Freedom Coalition is looking to help us! We can’t make effective change to our laws without your voice.  We must protect everyone’s health status and stories of health status discrimination will enable legislators to take action!

How do I know if I’ve been discriminated against?

What is medical discrimination?

This is when an individual is treated differently that others based on their health status and are subjected to negative actions, that are not applied equally to all.

In the present, we are focused on those discriminated against because they are unvaccinated, vaccinated or have natural immunity.

Negative Actions could include but are not limited to: segregation, masking, testing, demotion or firing, refusal of service, higher fees.

Employment

• being refused a promotion or job because of their health status or when an employer finds out about an employee’s health status and fires, demotes or segregates them

Consumer

• denied service or charged higher rates/amounts or put into a separate area from others

Medical

• Refusing care & treatment to an individual

Bildung

• requiring masking, ongoing testing or being charged higher tuition fees or segregated or forced to take online classes

We are taking action for you!

Please follow the below steps to get your story on the record with Legislators as we must educate them on this massive issue and get laws in place that will protect our health status under the Civil Rights statute!  We should not be shut out from society, face hardships monetarily or be fired for our personal and private medical decisions.

We have developed an app that will centralize all incidents of health status segregation and discrimination and share insights with legislators. We must show that this issue is real and pervasive and they must put laws in place that protect all of us from unjust medical discrimination. Have you been denied access to a hotel? Have you been treated differently at work? Have you been fired or demoted? Have you faced financial hardship from fees being done? Have you been kicked out of a nursing home for refusing to get vaccinated?  All of this is discrimination and we need all those stories!  Help protect not only yourself from future discrimination, but, lets make sure this never happens again and we protect our children’s future as well!

• Register in the app
• Open and got to Medical Discrimination Statements – Medical Freedom Coalition
• Register at “Launchpad” then get the Code required at initial signup/sent via email
• Go to “Medical Freedom Sworn Statements” and click “Report”

Step 3

• Tell your story
• Include details including who, what, when, where it happened
• You can also upload any supporting documentation or Choose to have it notarized free

We must look to what can happen in the future if we do not put protections in place today.  This is discrimination and we must end it now! For us and for our children!
