This week, Mary Holland, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) president, and Polly Tommey, co-producer of “Vaxxed,” cover the latest COVID headlines, including news that Dr. Anthony Fauci said the definition of being fully vaccinated will eventually change to include a booster, and that the Merriam-Webster dictionary’s definition of “anti-vaxxer” has been updated to include those who oppose “regulations mandating vaccination.”

Also on tap this week: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) pushes a third COVID shot for teens, as the number of deaths reported to VAERS after COVID vaccines approaches 20,000. Plus, a new CDC study shows the risk of Guillain-Barré syndrome elevated after COVID vaccination.

Polly and Mary also discussed the increasing evidence of big variations in the quality and composition of different batches of COVID-19 vaccinations, which may or may not be deliberate. Plus, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) now says it needs 75 years — up from the 55 years the agency initially requested — to fully release redacted versions of all documents related to the agency’s approval of Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine.

• Pfizer and other pharmaceutical industry players are stepping up lobbying efforts in hope of defeating the False Claims Amendments Act of 2021, a bill that would strengthen protections for whistleblowers.
• Fauci explained what Americans will have to deal with from now on, that getting booster shots may be a part of life going forward.
• Pfizer Chairman and CEO Albert Bourla said “preliminary research” shows people may need a fourth COVID shot. “They are buying their own resistance,” said Mary.
• Two doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca or Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines are substantially less effective at warding off Omicron compared to previous variants of the coronavirus, scientists have found.
• “When trying to gauge whether a gathering will be risky, the most important variable — by far — continues to be whether the attendees are vaccinated,” The Atlantic reported. “This one blows me away,” said Mary. “I found this one really interesting.”
• John F. Kennedy International Airport opened the nation’s first air travel COVID monitoring program.
• History suggests the condition known as shingles could well represent a detoxification reaction to vaccination. “This is another terrific article,” said Mary.
• Maribel Duarte said her 13-year-old son brought home a vaccine card after he got the COVID vaccine at school. She said he agreed to get the vaccine when someone offered it in exchange for pizza. “These schools are not safe,” said Polly. “This is disgusting,” said Mary.
• According to the Daily Mail, early COVID symptoms are no different from minor side effects from vaccines, and people who develop a headache or fever after their jab should get tested, experts said.
• U.S. Department of Defense officials are reviewing whether to make a coronavirus booster shot mandatory for all active-duty and reserve troops, but have not come to any final decisions on the need yet, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said.
• “The data are overwhelmingly clear: It is time to stop vaccinating healthy young people,” said Dr. Robert Malone. “A really good article,” said Polly.
• Polly and Mary discuss a tweet that said when fact-checkers say Nuremberg doesn’t apply to forced COVID injections, you know dark powers are at play. “I agree, there are dark forces at play,” said Mary.
• Japanese researchers developed masks that use ostrich antibodies to detect COVID by glowing under ultraviolet light. “This is like a horror film,” said Polly.
• The United Nations Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate is now responsible for taking entire privately hosted websites offline, as they seek to take total control of the flow of information. “Blatant censorship,” said Mary.
• People in England will be urged to work from home and have to show proof of vaccination, according to this New York Times article.

• Throughout the pandemic, public health officials dangled mass injections as the only solution to end the pandemic and save lives from COVID. Now even with mass injections and some receiving two and even three shots, excess deaths are rising. “Dr. Mercola really ringing the alarm bell here,” said Polly.
• In the UK, medics were told to start preparing for the mass vaccination of children as young as 5 years old. “Another load of nonsense here,” said Polly.
• Austria lifted its COVID lockdown restrictions for vaccinated residents after three weeks. Unvaccinated residents will still have to follow lockdown stay-at-home restrictions. “We will see if that holds,” said Mary. “Watch that space.”
• This tweet shares that there is “ritual humiliation of children [in Germany] who are asked to go to the front of the class and state their vaccination status daily, those who are vaccinated are applauded.” “This is especially troubling because homeschooling is illegal in Germany,” said Mary.
• More than 1,500 children aged 5 and up lined up to get their COVID-19 vaccine on Toronto Kids Vaccine Day.
• Ghana is introducing some of the world’s strictest COVID travel rules, by banning any adult who has not been vaccinated from flying in.
• Canadian trucking industry groups warned the Canadian government that supply chain challenges will get worse unless there are changes to upcoming COVID vaccination mandates. “This could make a huge difference,” said Mary.
• In New Zealand, staff at takeaway food and drink businesses no longer have to be vaccinated against COVID despite the government earlier saying they did. “This is encouraging,” said Polly. “This is the tide turning.”
• Some of the largest U.S. hospital systems dropped COVID vaccine mandates for staff after a federal judge temporarily halted a Biden administration mandate that healthcare workers get the shots. “It’s crumbling, this is fantastic news,” said Mary.
• In an interview with the New York Post, Dr. Oz, the medical entrepreneur and television host running for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, called for Fauci to be “removed” and “held accountable.” “This is fairly big news,” said Mary. “It’s very encouraging.”
• New York Gov. Kathy Hochul announced all New York businesses will be required to either have a mask or vaccine mandate starting Monday.
