Citizen activists are challenging their local governments in the battle to protect our neighborhoods from pulse modulated microwave radiation (EMF), which is being blasted from 5G towers. They are using a proven legal process of Notices and Affidavits.

The notices remind local officials of their Oath of Office to protect public safety and property, and educate them in both local and state law, as well as authority established in state and the U.S. constitutions. The notices enumerate the ways in which current deployment of 5G cell towers violates the rights of residents, and the local officials’ sworn oaths. They list authorized actions to solve this problem.

After sufficient notices have been sent, the strategy shifts to affidavits, which must be notarized to be effective. The affidavit is a sworn statement of facts by the affiant, directed at the person who is directly causing harm. If a public official refuses to respond (i.e., refuting the claims in the affidavit), it can be considered an admission of guilt and later used as evidence (e.g., to a court or grand jury).

What should you do?

We ask that you fill out the Notices online regardless of where you live. It’s important to flood our officials with documents so they understand the extent of opposition to 5G and that citizens are demanding accountability of their officials. All notices can be completed online, in just a few minutes. The forms are then electronically distributed to the appropriate local officials.
