The House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight will hold a hearing on Wednesday featuring testimony from the inspector general of the U.S. Capitol Police.

The national average is 16%.

The review, which concluded in May, came after House Administration Committee Ranking Member Joseph Morelle (D-NY) raised concerns about Global Consortium LLC, the screening firm. Russo began his review shortly after assuming the position in January.

After Russo's conclusions were considered "wide-ranging and deeply troubling" by Morelle and others, Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger ended the screening company's contract.
