The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Maryland is $3.593, the same as on Sunday. One week ago, it was significantly lower at $3.524.
Virginia
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Virginia is $3.427, below the national average. On Sunday, the price was $3.426, and this time last week, it was $3.413.
Washington, D.C.
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Washington, D.C., is $3.787, above the national average and up from $3.784 on Sunday. Last week, it was $3.703.
California
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in California is significantly above the national average at $4.891. On Sunday, the price was $4.890, and one week ago, it was $4.910.
New York
In New York, the average price is $3.701, up from $3.698 on Sunday. Last week, it was $3.672.
