An attorney representing Donald Trump in his case over alleged election subversion said Sunday that he "would love" to see the former president's trial televised amid calls from House Democrats for cameras to be allowed inside a federal courtroom.
“I personally would love to see that,” John Lauro told Shannon Bream on Fox News Sunday. “I’m convinced the Biden administration does not want the American people to see the truth. And they acted on it by filing this protective order, which is an effort to keep important information about this case from the press.”
Florida is slated to vote on adopting a classical education model, which would make the state the first of its kind.
U.S. women's soccer star Megan Rapinoe said Sunday that her favorite memory of playing U.S. soccer was "equal pay."
Rapinoe, 38, made her comment after she missed a penalty kick on Sunday, marking an end to the United States Women’s National Team’s participation in the World Cup this year. The athlete and activist announced earlier this year in July that she will retire soon, with this World Cup marking her fourth one with the National Women's Soccer League.
