Airship has updated its Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to incorporate the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK Addendum. DPAs signed after September 24, 2021 will therefore include the 2021 SCCs and UK Addendum.

For Customers with DPAs executed before September 24, 2021, Airship offers the New SCCs DPA Amendment, available below, which replaces the existing SCCs and SCC specific terms with the 2021 SCCs and SCC specific terms, and for UK personal data the UK Addendum. Your existing DPA will otherwise remain unaffected.

The New SCCs DPA Amendment posted here will be incorporated into your existing DPA effective as of December 27, 2022. Your existing DPA will otherwise remain unaffected.

If you do not want the New SCCs DPA Amendment to be incorporated into your existing DPA, then please send a written objection to [email protected] with reasonable grounds for objection. 

If you prefer a signed version of the Amendment for evidence or internal compliance purposes then:

1. Please review and electronically sign the Amendment here. 
2. If UK personal data is in scope of the services provided by Airship, then please select “yes” in the question listed in the Amendment in order to ensure the UK Addendum is included in the Amendment.
3. Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA will be emailed to the address you designate during the process.
