Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 61(STA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There was objection. The question being: "Shall CSHB 61(STA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2?"
