The University of Alabama in Huntsville is searching for a master developer to help it transform a 58-acre site between campus and Mid City.

The master developer would restore the property, which is the former Executive Plaza site. UAH wants to create a vibrant multi-use district that will help it establish “a signature college town experience,” according to a university news release.
