Huntsville city council members are considering ways to speed up the process of demolishing unsafe homes after voting to remove a house that had been receiving complaints since 2008.
District 1 City Councilman Devyn Keith has requested a work session to address the issue. Keith has been an advocate of removing the nuisances but said he and other city officials had been accused of doing nothing about the house it finally voted to demolish.
