I got these to use while on the treadmill or doing floor workouts. They’re easily adjustable with velcro and I think you can even take some of the weights off - but I haven’t tried it. You can move the weights around on the band which is a nice touch for comfort. The feel of the weights is also smooth and nice. It doesn’t feel sticky or clingy to you when you’re sweaty.

I loved this equipment. It was comfortable to wear, beautiful and perfect weight for my wrists. This item had every thing I needed in exercise equipment. However, I gave an overall rating oh 3 stars because the smell of this equipment irritated my throat. Sadly, I had to return it. If they can get rid of the smell, I will purchase it again.

These are really aesthetically cute, but I wouldn’t say they’re practical. They are advertised as wrist and ankle weights, but they don’t fit tight around the wrist at all. I think you could find much better, more practical for much cheaper.

Velcro stretched out and I had the product less than a month. Used almost daily as ankle weights. Very cute and comfortable when they were on, but once the Velcro started to stretch they slipped down my ankle which was uncomfortable and made them unusable. Had to return.
