These knives are definitely worth the price. They are very sharp, and could easily through a thick log of Old World pepperoni or delicate skin of a tomato. They feel very sturdy, and not so lightweight that you think you're going to break them. They are just as beautiful as they appear in the images. So far, I have had no trouble with chipping or rusting of the blade but I've only owned them for about a month. I find them easy to clean because I don't mind putting them into the dishwasher, at this price if they rust in a few years it'll be okay with me.

The steak knives are seraded and that is what I was looking for in a knife. I love that it comes with the kitchen sheers.
