I have only had this product for a few days and I love it. Tonight I seasoned and put 3 chicken tenders on the grill. When almost done I brushed with BBq sauce then turned and did the other side. When I started the chicken I cut up in quarters several small potatoe toss with olive oil and salt and put in the crisper basket. Everything was ready at the same time. The best chicken ever...tasted liked I had cooked it outdoors on a grill. Potatoes tender and so good. I did put the baking pan on the bottom shelf in case the oil from the potatoes would drip. The grill was sort of messy and the drip pan below had some drippings cooked to it. Didn't take to long to get everything cleaned up and looking new again.

I did t like the fact that we purchased this because of the brand name and we are not very happy with the results after only 4 months having this air fryer and it’s no longer working.
Warranty plan is great after spending $70 to return the item to Lagasse
We bought because of the brand and we had another before this that lasted 5 years / I have no idea what the difference was.

I like this kitchen appliance , however, I only gave it three stars because it takes forever to heat to air fry or to use the grill function. Typically around 20 minutes or so and that’s entirely too long. Otherwise I like that it has all of the features that it does and it’s fairly compact. Considered sending it back because of the extended preheat time, but decided to keep it for the price.

Some of the parts are difficult for me to clean. However, the body and interior are stainless steel; that's a huge plus.

The control knob placement is my only critique. At countertop height, the control knob obscures the temperature and time setting buttons. However, it's very easy to remember which button does what, so you won't need to see them to use them. It's fine to do it that way, in my opinion. It should have been just as easy to have the buttons above the knob instead.

The machine works well. I haven't checked the thermostat; but it seems in line with my oven. It's a great alternative for smaller food items, or when your oven is full. (Cooking two biscuits, for example. Better to use this than your oven).
