Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
It was a little strong chemical smell from the resin but I loved the ones I got probably will order more came with everything including light even had some little extras left from making them cured in about 20 minutes total I used nail glue to keep some things in place though

Loving the 2-pack set. We had a cake on our first one, then we have 2 drinks on this one. We love the light that comes with it, its very effective. These would be nice to play with other mini brands sets.

I ordered 2 of the 2-packs and got 4 different kits, and ones i really wanted! These are adorable and so fun to make! My first time trying this brand, am overall happy but there are pretty big differences. The instructions are much more detailed and there's a QR code for a recipe. The packaging has more plastic, so i don't think the smaller envelopes are recyclable like the paper ones. the tiny tongs are absolutely useless--too flexible to pick up anything, so make sure you have your hobby tweezers handy! The whipped cream is really hard to squeeze out and also to get any sort of a "dollop " shape. the lid to the syrup wouldnt stay on so that made it hard to use. the chef's hat is super adorable, but know that you will have to hold it for 10 minutes if you don't use a table top UV light. Glad these are here!
I have to admit, right off the bat, I'm a grown woman that has seen these toys advertised and I bought this set for myself to satisfy my own curiosity. I thought if they turned out, they could become some funky pendants.
I've worked with resin before and that's what these kits are: they're some sort of resin-type thing. They should have been easy to set, either in a minute or two with the little light or by letting them sit and air dry for about an hour. I cured both of the little kits with the included UV light as well as let them sit for about 3 hours. They did not cure. There's no mixing to get the ratios right, it's just right out of the containers. They didn't set up correctly.
If I were a little girl really into these miniature brands, I would have been disappointed with how their Chef series turned out so poorly.
They're alright. With Miniverse recalled ( though this has the same health concerns, since they're both UV resin in a kid's toy) they're the only option. The packaging for the components is alright, maybe a little bland. The useability of the kit is okay and the included light does seem to harden the resin. The switch is right next to the LEDs though, and the light is pretty awkward, though it is shaped like a chef's hat, which is okay. I ordered twice and got the same things. Pork loin and lamb. I don't really think a two pack should only have mains and I'm annoyed that I guess the entire case was probably the same thing. I think I might get a single one more time to hopefully get a dessert, but I'm pretty over it.
