I’ve had this nodpod weighted eye mask for about two and a half months now and I no longer want to sleep without it. It’s so comfortable. I was nervous that it wouldn’t stay on, but the back strap closure is sturdy without being lumpy or hard to sleep on. It stays on well and is very adjustable. It’s so relaxing and blocks light, but it’s just weighted enough to soothe my eyes. I actually love how it has four weighted pouches. I strap it on centered and two side pouches sit over my ears and help muffle sounds as well as block light. There is also the option of a warmer and fuzzier side and a smoother cooler side. I put them on and I fall asleep within about 5 minutes. My boyfriend can’t believe how fast I fall asleep now. I also find that they help me stay asleep. 10/10 would recommend.

I like to sleep on my side, and it’s easy– you just shift the position of the pods to counterbalance the other pods and it rests effortlessly in place. The color is beautiful and the fabric is soft and soothing. It doesn’t come with a chemical smell like some products do. Adding some essential oils is a nice finishing touch. I’ve never tried to wash mine so I can’t speak to that, but I’ve had more than one Nod Pod and they have always held up very well. Very well made product.

Well, I washed the sleep mask, but when I used it, I woke up with acne flare ups where it had been on my face. I won’t be using it as a mask anymore, though it was very soft, and the weight of it was very nice.
BUT, I have discovered that it makes a perfect paper back book protector to keep my cat from chewing my books or bookmark, while the book is on my bedside table! It keeps the book cover from popping open (otherwise a prime cat target), and drapes well over the edges of the book to hide the bookmark and most of the book.

Unexpected, but I’m quite pleased 😄
