So impressed with Chuck and his amazing crew at HSP construction. I had a rare situation with getting approval from the city on a deck replacement. Chuck was so patient & helpful and he never gave up and helped me every step of the way. He was always there when I called. I couldn't of asked for a nicer guy to work with. The work on my deck is some of the best work I have ever seen. The crew is very skilled, professional & so very nice. They know exactly what they are doing. They worked all day in the cold & never complained. They were on time as promised & left everything spotless. They also did a fantastic job on my ceiling in my laundry room & I look forward to them finishing my basement.

I have used HSP for all of my plumbing needs and some maintenance for my rentals or any clients and all employees have been completely professional and wonderful to work with!!! I will continue to use HSP

Chuck and his crew did an AMAZING job at renovating and repairing our rental house to prepare it for sale. They did everything from painting to flooring to installing new vanities to repairing drywall and replacing doors. It looked like a completely different home when they were done, and they did everything on time. We are hiring them to do more work on our current house -highly recommend!!

We are still in the middle of construction and it is going well! Chuck and his team have been great at communicating the progress and answering all of my questions either in person or via text/email. I met with Chuck in person several times to go over every detail of the project before we started. I was nervous at first but he quickly put my concerns at ease and has continued to do so throughout this experience. There have been no surprise fees outside of the bid that was given at the start of the project and so far we’re almost right on track to where he said he would be! I frequently make stops to my house unexpectedly just to see the progress and every time I go there is always a team member or Chuck himself ready to show me around. My work with HSP Construction has been a really positive experience and they are making my home exactly what I want it to be!

I highly recommend HSP Construction. Chuck Leo conducts his business with the utmost integrity. At the start of my project (full basement renovation down to the concrete block), he listened to my needs and worked well with my budget (including custom shelves for sports memorabilia and dry bar). Very patient as well. HSP is professional, prompt, and does high quality work. It’s also notable that we found some unexpected issues as we went along as the home is older. Chuck clearly communicated all situations and offered reasonable solutions that we could decide upon. Very pleased with how these instances were handled. I plan to use this company again in the future.

It all went very well. When the cabinets were not the right color, the workers made sure that the cabinets were the right color and that the cabinets looked great when done, When done it all looked great and matched greatly.

Through the bidding process to remodel our master bath and turn our living room into a great room we quickly found that HSP Construction would be our pick. Chuck, the owner, brought Patrick, the foreman, to our home on the second visit in the bidding process so we could see whom we would be working with each day. They both had ideas we had not thought of to make the remodel project even better. Every step of the way Patrick and Chuck kept us informed of what was next. At the end of each workday the site was swept and cleaned up. Crew members of his team were friendly and we enjoyed having them in our home. Chuck was available any time of day or day of the week for questions and he stayed in touch with us all the way to completion. We highly recommend Chuck and HSP Construction and would have them back again.

Chuck (owner), Patrick (Foreman), and their crew exceeded our expectations. They were the middle of three quotes we got on the job. We have a 1930's tudor with a roughly 200 sqft kitchen. They let us do the demo before coming in to replace all plumbing and electrical, remove a dividing wall, adding a structural support beam, bricking in a window, adding new larger windows, drywalling, new cabinets, wall tile, and refinishing the hardwood floors trapped under layers of laminate. The original quote was for roughly $60,000. Final cost still TBD. A few highlights about our experience: --attention to cleanliness: The crew cleaned the work sites after every day's work, and their care in this regard made our living in the house during the project as easy as it could be. They used all of the professional equipment (floor covers, zipper walls, etc). Other contractors we've hired have not always done this. --responsiveness: Though Chuck is a very busy guy, he always finds a way to get in contact with you, even at odd hours. We had weekly check-in meetings, and every major decision or change was run through us before execution. --professionalism: Every crewman and subcontractor had the same level of professionalism as the HSP core crew--top notch. --One issue with the flooring: After originally ripping up the laminate we were told the floors looked to be in great shape for refinishing, but after execution of the rest of the project we found too many ground-in staples and nails and ended up needing to rush to find matching antique floor boards. The final result is good enough, but does not live up to the high quality of all of the rest of HSP's work.

The HSP team did a fantastic job remodeling our bland home office. From start to finish the owner, Chuck, was very communicative with what was going on. The leader worker, Patrick, was wonderful. He worked hard and considerate of my family. The final result included painted built in cabinets, book shelves, built in fireplace with stone front, wood floor installation, along with crown molding and fresh paint all around. They also repurposed our french doors into sliding barn doors which gives us more space in the room. We are very pleased and look forward to using HSP for our next home project!

From the beginning, Chuck was very aware of what I needed done and kept the communication open. His employees were top notch, respectful of my house, gave us daily updates of what they were working on, and we trusted them to be in our house when no one was home. They did a great job, very happy with the end result. Chuck and his crew did everything from demo, dry wall, painting, tile, countertops, fixtures, lighting, other electrical, installing faucets.

Let's just say this. If you don't mind a handwritten, undetailed quote delivered via a screen shot off a legal pad. If you don't mind the contractor unilaterally terminate the contract without discussion, when there's an issue with the scope. If you don't mind this things, then go with HSP, otherwise you might want to look at the competition.

We were informed of the daily process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They all were SO polite. I’ve never had a remodel process before, but very happy with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.
