This review is for the service that was provided which was to deliver 3D plans of possible options for our downstairs bathroom. The person that I worked with at the time was very professional. What was delivered was pretty basic as far as the 3D plans. In the end I could of produced the same results with some software that I purchased at home depot. I went ahead and asked for a price and decided to check elsewhere as I thought that the labor cost were high considering the amount of work. In the end I found a local carpenter who provided me with several options and completed the work for a flat rate cost for his labor. As a side note, I decided to come in an do a proper review of what was delivered. I also, wanted to make others aware that this vendor called my house claiming that he never did any work for me. While it is true that no actual construction project was never done by this company they did indeed provide me a service. This review only applies to the service of delivering a 3D plan. While I respect a company caring about the quality of their product and the reviews they receive I do not like them getting mad claiming I was never a customer. That is an area that may need some workshow more

We purchased for both the kitchen and bathroom and were very, very disappointed. When we were able to get together with the guy, he came out and we showed him and anytime we would make a suggestion he was hesitant. He kept saying that they can't do that. And I am comparing this with Rossotti, who is local here in Columbus. So we had two people come out; we had somebody from Rossotti who was very professional, and then we had this guy. When he came back, he had a drawing for the kitchen but he wasn't prepared in that he hadn't done the drawings. It was the same person but he had somebody else do the drawings. And in the bathroom, it was sub-par to say the least. The kitchen was okay but the bathroom was not. And he said that he didn't do the drawings and that he would be putting in another drawing on our mailbox, but he never did that. So we were disappointed. The guy from the company came out when he said that he would and did the work that he promised he would do as far as measuring and coming up with a design, however, we have not acted any further on that because other issues came up. We would probably not use the design that he came up with because we were not all that happy with it and his price seemed a little high for the work that he wanted to do. We would probably be shopping around for a better deal. But as far as what we paid for him to do, we were satisfied with that. He was pleasant and he seemed to be knowledgeable. As far as we were concerned, the value that we got for the $49 was what we expected so we were fine with it. There was not anything awesome. It was a very good experience. I had a meeting with Amber about the bathroom we are having redone and she came out and looked at it. I met with her on the 16th of July after she had drawn up the plans for what she would do in the bathroom and the cost of the various things. I would consider using themshow more

I made the purchase on March 23, 2013. In late June an appointment was set up (for August 1) with Amber, the owner's daughter. Amber did not call to confirm the appointment. Amber did not show up for the appointment. Shortly thereafter, I called Robert, the owner, and scheduled an appointment for August 6. Robert came to our home on August 6, and we talked about several projects, and concluded that Robert would provide an estimate for a medium-range bath remodel with 3D plans. It is now September 10, 2013 and I have not heard from Robert. I received basically nothing for my money. I would like a refund, but do not want to talk with them againshow more

The service went okay. I was looking for a design to remodel the kitchen. The designer was nice to work with and scheduling the deal was not an issue. It was not quite what I expected. I thought the design would be more interactive but it was just a picture. They did come in and take measurements and listened to what I was looking for. We had a good experience with them. It was fairly pricey. My wife's going to get another estimate. I was very impressed with the company and the people that we dealt with. We worked with Amber. It was excellent. We went to their showroom. Amber came out a couple of times and measured and came back to give us an estimate. Follow up by company rep was prompt once I contacted them to redeem the A.L. deal coupon. Interaction with rep was courteous and professional. We had onsite consultation with rep. However, 3D plans were never delivered. Instead, the rep provided a one page, hand-drawn floor plan. Itemized list of project items did not contain prices. It only showed total cost of project.
