American Bathtub Refinishers
We are very pleased, we feel we saved a lot of money refinishing instead of replacing a big, heavy porcelain tub.

THEY ARE ABLE TO MATCH KOHLER BRAND COLORS. WITH THIS TYPE OF RESTORATION I HAVE LEARNED THE SURFACE WILL NEVER BE PERFECT. IT MAY BE IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS ITS BRAND NEW. THE SURFACE LOOKS GOOD.

American Bathtub Refinishers
It looks great! Jon was very helpful and courteous and answered a number of questions I had before I dediced to hire him for the repair. He arrived exactly on time, wiped his feet upon entering the house, took great care to minimize fumes, explained each step and was very professional. He also told me that what I had assumed was a bad previous refinishing jogb that caused the finish to peel was actually just regular spray paint! Apparently someone had spray-painted the tub before I bought the house to conceal chips and damage. The tub looks brand-new and he gave me clear instructions about care. I would hightly reccomend his firm; great work and the price (and his helpful attitude) was far better than other companies I contacted

Stamos Flooring and Remodeling LLC
Nick was referred to me from a friend a year or so ago to do a few small jobs. I was impressed with the quality of his work. This winter we decided to install a bamboo floor in our dining, kitchen, and laundry rooms. Nick came over to discuss and suggested that we use porcelain tile instead of bamboo in the laundry and bath areas. Great choice. We also discovered a small plumbing issue during the job and Nick took care of it (on a Saturday). Very happy with his work. Very professional and treats the job like it was his own house. Takes his time and doesn't take short cuts. Quality work product is his goal. Impressed with his drywall skills. Good communication during the job to let us know the details and to make suggestions to improve the finished product. We referred Nick to a friend for a major bathroom remodel and we plan on using him again

Pat Scales Remodeling
He gets A's across the board. The workmanship was just beautiful. Pat helped me pick out the tile and it was exquisite. They had to move my furniture and they didn't make one scratch on any of the furniture. He would also check in on how the work was going. I was very pleased with him. The workers we very respectful and just wonderful. They were polite and professional. There had been carpet on the floor, so they pulled up the carpet and showed me where the concrete was a little rough. They scraped those areas and smoothed them out. They went above what was expected of them. He is also honest

I truly couldn't be happier with the work 1GR Builders performed in my home. All staff and crews involved in my project were knowledgeable, understanding, accommodating, hardworking, courteous and respectful. This is a professional group I would certainly hire again.

PORCELAIN PROFESSIONALS OF OHIO
It looked nice, but peeled up in 1 month. I arranged for Porcelain Professionals to come out and fix it, but they stood me up. So, I had the remodeler handle it. Porcelain Professionals came out, and the owner (Tim) was belligerent. He did end up repairing it, but this time, it came up after 3 weeks. And, it's not even in a high water area. I would NEVER hire this company

CarifaTile
They did an AMAZING job and exceeded our expectations. Angelo took great care of our hope , protected the floors and was extremely considerate of our time and our home . We were skeptical as this was 4’x8’ porcelain lie that came from Italy and went on our wall . I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. The follow thru and communication by Ciera was also perfect , whic is rare in these day

PORCELAIN PROFESSIONALS OF OHIO
An item chipped our Rohl fireclay (porcelain) kitchen sink and I was so worried - replacement of an undermount sink sandwiched between a cabinet and a stone countertop was not an option, and the sink itself was not inexpensive. Ferguson Plumbing recommended Porcelain Professionals. I called the company and Diane gave me a quote over the phone of $150 which, given her travel time to my home in Dublin from Gahanna, seemed more than reasonable. She came out and was wonderful with our crazy dog (bonus points!) and worked efficiently and neatly. The sink now looks wonderful, and it must have been very difficult on the rounded edge where the chip was located. If I inspect it very, very closely, it has a slightly different texture than the rest of the sink, but Diane tells me that it should smooth out over time. Even if it doesn't, I am extremely pleased, as it looks a million times better than the alternative (and she assures me that she will come back out if it needs further attention). I would certainly recommend this company for similar work, and would call Diane again (though I hope I don't have to!)

LYNN INSKEEP, OUR SALES REP., HELPED US CHOOSE A BEAUTIFUL DESIGN AND STYLE TO MAKE OUR KITCHEN BACK SPLASH REALLY STUNNING. SHE ALSO HELPED US COORDINATE THE PORCELAIN FLOOR TILE SO ALL THE COLORS COMPLIMENT EACH OTHER AND IT''S TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY! IT''S VERY HARD TO IMAGINE AN ENTIRE KITCHEN FROM ONE OR TWO SAMPLE TILES BUT SHE MADE THE JOB A BREEZE. ONE TILE WAS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY SENT IT UPS TO MY HOME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE SO I WOULDN''T HAVE TO DRIVE IN TO THEIR FACILITY AGAIN. A+ SERVICE

PORCELAIN PROFESSIONALS OF OHIO
The results are amazing. They were able to build up the surfaces and recover them so they look brand new. I felt that the cost was good. I did not want to buy another bath tub. They exchanged a lot of information with me.

Time For New Flooring
John is the simply the best. If you want a contractor who will do it right the first time for a fair price, save you money if he can, who will respect your home and family and who you can trust implicitly, I highly recommend you contact him.

LONG'S FLOORS
Excellent. Since I have an older house, I was afraid there might be problems (with shut-off valves, old toilet parts, etc.) and there were, but the guys dealt with them cheerfully and professionally. They can work for me again anytime. And I love my floors.

Davey Tile
On first day of work, showed up two hours later than he said he would, which is a problem if you have to take time off of work to be home. Even though I removed the toilet, replaced the water supply line and valve, and removed all of the baseboards, linoleum, luon, subfloor, and staples, when he arrived he was gruff and complained that certain prep work had not been done--namely my failure to remove the cove base under the vanity and a piece of wood flooring at the entrance to the bathroom. However, he never gave me any real instructions in advance about the wood flooring piece. After he arrived, rather than remove the cove base, he simply cut the lip at the bottom (which required that I remove and replace the rest of the cove base on my own at a later date--which required a considerable amount of effort). Brian then spent the next two hours trying to cut a replacement piece of wood flooring to install at the bathroom entrance. Although I admired Brian's attention to detail, he did not bring the right tools with him to perform this job, and instead asked me if I had various tools, such as a table saw, which I did not. Later that day he admitted he was a little frustrated, not because of me, but because of another job he was working on, where the owner was overly demanding. Brian indicated that he left most of his tools at the other job, which was the reason that cutting the wood piece had taken so long. The remainder of day one was spent cutting the cement board that goes underneath the tile. Brian and his assistant both used the master bathroom (the only toilet remaining in the house) a couple of times each on day one, without incident. On day two, Brian and his assistant, who had only been working with Brian for only a week or two, did arrive on time, and commenced to nail down the cement board. However, within a half hour of arriving, Brian disappeared into the master bathroom for about 30 minutes. I soon learned that Brian had backed up the toilet in the master bathroom, causing toilet water to spill over the entire bathroom floor. While that particular toilet had plugged up on a few occasions over the last 12 years, it had never overflowed or spilled out onto the floor. In any event, Brian asked for a mop, towel and plunger, which I gave him. Although Brian's socks were soaked after he finished mopping, he walked through my master bathroom carpet with those same soaked socks. That incident put a damper on the rest of the day, which didn't improve until his wife arrived later in the day to install the tile. She graciously agreed to sanitize the entire master bathroom floor before installing the guest bathroom tile. Later during the tile installation, I asked Brian to cut and install a smail tile piece under the toilet supply line flange, but he refused and instead filled the large one inch hold with grout. With respect to the grout, I took great care selecting grout that matched the color of the tile, so that it would be largely invisible after it dried. And, I repeatedly mentioned to Brian that I wanted the grout color to match the color of the tile, and be as invisible as possible. However, Brian used his own leftover pre-mixed grout. Both during grout installation and after it dried (about two days after install) the grout was much much darker than the tile, and not the color I selected. I asked Brian after he had started grouting if it would lighten up, and he said "no". Instead of stopping, he continued to install the wrong color grout, The tile company where I purchased it had me wait about a week to ten days, to ensure that the grout wouldn't lighten up, before they agreed to pay to have another company come in and paint my grout. The painted grout was a significant improvement, and was done at the tile company's own expense

A2Z REMODELING
It did not go well. I questioned him about not using spacing in between the tiles and he said it was not necessary. He said he was using lines on the cement board instead. The tiles ended up fairly straight but the grout lines are both fat and thin throughout the work. Some of the grout was not wiped off in one spot when the sealer was applied. We are very disappointed with the way it looks and we can't afford to have it redone. My main complaint is there are three tiles that are cracked and he was supposed to come back out and fix them. We have tried numerous times to call him and he will now not return our calls

Capital Flooring, Interiors and Carpentry
After meeting with several contractors I choose to work with Tom to install new tile in my front entry way and half bath. Tom was easy to work with, straightforward, and dependable. The quality of his work and attention to detail were above my expectations. I will absolutely consider Tom again in the future for any flooring or remodeling projects
