Ohio Exteriors did an excellent job rebuilding an old screened-in porch on our 100-year old home. They were punctual and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent! They completely rebuilt the porch, put in new structural support cedar beams, installed new flat rubber roof, installed new stained-wood ceiling, hung two chandeliers, hung four ceiling fans, installed new screen door and all new screens, and painted the entire porch. A great experience all around from the office staff being friendly and responsive, to the sales rep with the estimate and identifying the problem, the project managers friendly and checking on progress of the work, to the field team completing the job in two days. Overall the project went well. A lot of progress was made at the beginning, but things seemed to slow down toward the end. I'm not sure if that was a result of weather, staffing issues, inspections, or something else. We were generally pleased with the quality of workmanship. The field crew was punctual and friendly. We would have appreciated a little more communication during the construction about the work performed and timelines as well as regarding the various city inspections. Our experience with Deck Masters was excellent from start to finish. Mike Fresch was very professional in his sales presentation. We got a second quote from another company, which was $5,000 higher than Deck Masters, with far inferior quality. The work was started when we were told it would be. It was finished in two weeks. All the workers were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. They do beautiful work and we are extremely pleased with our new screened in deckshow more

Deck Masters did a super job on adding a screened in porch on our house. Beautify results. Very professional carpenters and workers. Very courteous and hard-working. Very fast once on site. Kept us posted continually. Owner stopped by to inspect work in progress about evry 3rd day. Started and fininshed construction right on time. APCO did exceptional work constructing a new screen porch, accessed from the house by replacing two existing windows with a sliding patio door. Our project was probably considered “small” by APCO standards; nevertheless, it was handled with attention to detail and professionalism. We expecially appreciated their thoughtfulness and integrity, keeping their word that some details not outlined on the contract would be “taken care of”. We are very pleased with this screen porch. The “system” is beautiful, well-made, and meticulously constructed. We were so fortunate Robert Burns was assigned this project. He is a true craftsman who takes great care in doing an excellent job. OVERALL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT, I LIKE THE DECK AND PORCH. WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS DURING THE PROCESS AND IT WAS DIFFICULT GETTING THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THEM. THEY CAME OUT THREE OR FOUR TIMES TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND IT TOOK ABOUT THREE MONTHS TO GET EVERYTHING RESOLVED. THE OVERALL PROJECT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED AS WELLshow more

We just completed a remodeling of our master bath and an update of our screened porch. From the beginning of the process in planning and quoting the jobs to the last little finishing detail I had full confidence that they took pride in their work. We worked as a team, and the communication and response time were very good.
