TYLER ADAMO

LYNNFIELD

As a junior season he hit .470 with 30 runs scored, 30 RBI, and 17 RBIs to earn Cape Ann League player of the year honors. The shortstop is also a standout on the football field where he totaled 27 touchdowns as quarterback. The National Honor Society member plans to play college baseball and currently plays for Show New England on the club circuit.

TATE BANNISH

WELLESLEY

Bannish batted .421 with three home runs, 20 RBIs, and 16 stolen bases, earning Bay State Carey MVP in leading Wellesley to a spot in the Div. 1 Round of 16. A three-year varsity baseball captain, Bannish will do a postgraduate year at Deerfield Academy.

COLE BOHANE

BC HIGH

Bohane tallied a .281 average and a .432 on-base percentage while manning the hot corner on an everyday basis as BC High took home its first Div. 1 State Title since 2009. A two-time Boston Herald all-scholastic and the 2023 Catholic Conference MVP, Bohane plans to continue his baseball and academic career at Tufts.

DC BROWN

PLYMOUTH NORTH

Brown starred on the mound and plate to lead Plymouth North to the Div. 2 State Title. On the mound, the senior went 9-0 with a 0.69 ERA and 100 strikeouts while offensively he hit .338 with 20 RBIs. The Patriot League Keenan’s most valuable player will attend Worcester Polytechnic Institute to study data science and continue his baseball career.

DAMIEN CARTER

MILFORD

Carter went 7-1 with a 1.93 ERA and 73 strikeouts. At the plate he hit .256 with seven doubles and 16 runs scored as Milford reached the Div. 2 State Semifinal. Also a three-year starter for the football team, Carter will continue his baseball career at Franklin Pierce.

DAVID CASTILLO

ENGLISH

The senior hit .414 with 25 RBIs, 32 runs scored, and 23 stolen bases while on the mound he went 4-1 with a 1.44 ERA and 57 strikeouts. Castillo also picked up the win as English captured the Div. 5 state title for the first time in program history. The right-hander will continue his playing career at Northern Essex Community College.

CAMERON CONNOLLY

PEABODY

Connolly threw seven complete games and led the Northeast Conference in strikeouts to grab MVP honors. Connolly also had an impact at the plate as he batted .302 with two home runs. A member of National Honor Society, Connolly will continue his baseball and academic career at Bridgewater State.

JAKE CULLEN

WESTFORD ACADEMY

The senior right-hander pitched to the tune of a 1.80 ERA in 34.2 innings with 47 strikeouts while also hitting .370 with three home runs and 20 RBIs. Cullen earned the DCL Thorpe Division Player of the Year. He will continue his career at the University of Rhode Island.

GILL DOLAN

WEYMOUTH

Dolan batted .309 with 17 RBI and 14 stolen bases to lead Weymouth to the Div. 1 Round of 16. The Wildcats shortstop finished as the program’s all-time hits leader with 95 and was a two-time Bay State League all-star. Also a member of Weymouth’s varsity basketball team, Dolan will continue his academic and baseball playing career at UMAss Amherst.

JOSH DONEY

ST. MARY’S

The left-hander went 9-2 with a 0.51 ERA and 86 strikeouts over 68.2 innings. His season earned him Catholic Central League pitcher of the year honors and led the Spartans to the Div. 3 State Final. An honor roll student, Doney is undecided on his college plans.

TYLER GILMORE

GEORGETOWN

The senior batted .430 and also compiled a 1.40 ERA with three complete games. He took home MVP of the Cape Ann League’s Baker Division. An honor roll student with a 4.9 weighted grade point average, Gilmore is headed to Colorado Boulder to study engineering.

JAKE HAARDE

LINCOLN-SUDBURY

The senior shortstop hit .337 with three home runs, 25 runs scored, and 17 stolen bases. The Penn State bound Haarde finished his career with a .380 average, six home runs, 53 RBIs, 52 stolen bases, and as a three-time DCL all-star. Haarde also starred on the Warriors football team where he was a captain.

ELLIOTT HARRIS

WESTWOOD

The senior hit .312 with a .463 on-base percentage while also going 5-0 on the mound with a 1.03 ERA and 36 strikeouts, earning Tri-Valley League Large MVP. Harris finished his career with 51 hits. He will head to Quinnipiac University.

ALEX HEE

WALPOLE

The senior went 7-2 with a 0.95 ERA over 73.1 innings while issuing only nine walks. For his career, Hee tallied a 1.27 ERA over 171.1 innings. A three-time Bay State League all-star, Hee will continue his academic and playing career at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

LIAM KINNEEN

BC HIGH

Posting a 0.98 ERA and 70 strikeouts across 49 innings, the right-hander was a part of three no-hitters and picked up the win in the Eagles Div. 1 State Semifinal win over Leominster. Kinneen was also a four-year member of the BC High hockey team. He will continue his playing and academic career at Princeton.

GABE KNUDSEN

HANOVER

The right-hander piled up 104 strikeouts, threw a no-hitter, and led Hanover to the Div. 3 state quarterfinals while earning Patriot League Fisher MVP honors for the second consecutive year. Knudsen will attend Saint Anselm’s College.

TYLER KROPIS

SEEKONK

He compiled a 7-1 record with a 0.55 ERA and 124 strikeouts in 63.1 innings and hit .357 with 18 RBIs. Kropis was selected for Team Massachusetts and his play helped engineer Seekonk’s second straight Div. 4 State Title. He is committed to Eastern Tennessee State University for baseball.

NATHAN LEVESQUE

APPONEQUET

The senior batted .361 to go with a 0.47 ERA over 59.1 innings to guide the Lakers to the Div. 3 State Semifinals. Also a member of the cross country and basketball teams, Levesque earned 10 varsity letters. Levesque will attend Franklin Pierce University where he will study sports management or accounting and will play baseball.

VINCE LIBRETTO

LEXINGTON

The standout catcher hit .453 to go with a .598 on-base percentage to earn Middlesex League Liberty Most Valuable Player honors. A two-year captain, Libretto started 87 games throughout the course of his four-year career. An honor roll student, Libretto will continue his academic and playing career at Delaware.

PHILIP LOMBARDI

TEWKSBURY

Lombardi batted .487 with 37 hits, 26 RBIs, and 14 runs scored. The junior shortstop took home Merrimack Valley Conference Div. 2 Player of the Year honors and led Tewksbury to a spot in the Div. 3 Round of 16. A member of National Honor Society, Lombardi is undecided on his college plans but hopes to continue his playing career while studying sports medicine.

JAKE MAYDAK

MANSFIELD

Maydak batted .370 with a .447 on-base percentage and on the mound posted a 1.42 ERA in 39.1 innings. The Hockomock League’s 2024 Most Valuable Player finished his career with a 2.15 ERA over 114 innings to go with a .329 average. Maydak will continue his academic and baseball career at Bentley University.

PAUL MCCARTHY

XAVERIAN

The junior right-hander spun a 1.77 ERA over 39.1 innings including a shutout win over state champion BC High, helping the Hawks to the Div. 1 State Semifinal. A Catholic Conference all-star, McCarthy plays for the Nokona Chiefs on the club circuit.

BRETT MULLIGAN

CATHOLIC MEMORIAL

The senior right-hander went 6-1 with a 1.17 ERA while striking out 84 hitters. The two-time Catholic Conference All-Star batted .333 with seven doubles and a home run. Mulligan will continue his career on the mound at Northeastern University.

DOM PEFINE

NORTH ANDOVER

The senior left-hander went 7-2 with a 1.26 ERA and a pair of shutouts to win Merrimack Valley Conference Div. 1 Player of the Year. Pefine finished his career with a 14-4 mark. A two-year captain, Pefine is committed to Franklin Pierce University to continue his baseball career and major in criminal justice.

HAYDEN REGAN

BRAINTREE

Regan batted .474 with 36 hits, 14 doubles, two triples, two home runs, 20 RBIs, and 30 runs scored. He took home Bay State League MVP honors and led a prolific Braintree offense that landed in the Div. 1 State quarterfinals. Regan will continue his academic and playing career at Endicott College.

PATRICK RHODES

XAVERIAN

Rhodes had a breakout junior season as the ace of Gerry Lambert’s staff went 7-0 with a 1.23 ERA over 51 innings; batters hit just .183 against him. A Catholic Conference All-Star, Rhodes plays for GBG Northeast on the club circuit .

WILLIAM SHAHEEN

ST. JOHN’S PREP

The junior middle infielder hit .324 with 13 RBIs, 15 runs, and four triples. His play helped lift the Eagles to a 10-game winning streak down the stretch that ended in a Div. 1 State Quarterfinals berth. Shaheen participated for Team Massachusetts in the Stinger Sports National High School Championship games in Omaha.

BRADY SHEA

ST. JOHN’S SHREWSBURY

The senior left-hander went 6-1 to take home Catholic Conference MVP honors, lifting the Pioneers to a spot in the Div. 1 state final. For his career, Shea finished 12-3 with a 1.70 ERA. He will continue his academic and playing career at Salve Regina.

LIAM SHEPHERD

NORWELL

Shepherd batted an eye-opening .469 with 14 doubles, three triples, 15 RBIs, and 19 runs scored to take home South Shore League Player of the Year honors. Shepherd was selected to play in the MBCA senior all-star game. Also a three-year varsity member of Norwell’s golf and ski teams, Shepherd is attending Tulane University where he will study finance and economics.

BEN SHERRY

DURFEE

The centerfielder batted .422 with a .486 on-base percentage, 28 hits, and 15 runs scored. Sherry earned Southeastern Conference MVP for his performance. The junior is also a league all-star on the gridiron and basketball court.

MATTHEW STUART

CHELMSFORD

The junior was a Merrimack Valley Conference first-team selection for the third consecutive year. The two-way star had a 5-1 record with a 1.62 ERA and 55 strikeouts on the mound. He batted .339 with two home runs and 14 RBIs. He notably picked up victories over BC High, St. John’s Prep, and Andover.

COOPER TARANTINO

LINCOLN-SUDBURY

Tarantino was the top catcher in the MIAA in 2024 as the senior batted .431 with 28 RBIs. The Dual County League all-league selection hit a walk-off grand slam in Lincoln-Sudbury’s opening round postseason win over Chelmsford. The Northeastern-bound Tarantino was also a two-time league all-star on the football field.

BEN WORKMAN

ANDOVER

The senior right-hander surrendered just six earned runs over 45.1 innings and posted three shutouts. The Merrimack Valley Conference first team selection was selected to play in the MBCA senior all-star game. Workman is headed to Bentley University on an academic scholarship.
