CCMD PAAS is to be used by CENTCOM leadership and personnel to report and maintain accountability in the event of a natural disaster or other event that causes a base evacuation.

If MacDill AFB is evacuated, CENTCOM Personnel are required to maintain daily accountability through CCMD PAAS to report the status of themselves and their dependents.
