Mass for Daniel P. O`Brien, 33, an optometrist, will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Alexander Catholic Church, 12600 71st Ave., Palos Heights. Mr. O`Brien, an Orland Park resident, died Thursday in Michael Reese Hospital. Mr. O`Brien practiced optometry with his father, John M., in offices at 10001 W. 143d St., Orland Park. In addition to his father, Mr. O`Brien is survived by his wife, Laura; two sons, Dan and Matthew; his mother, Mary Jane; a brother; and a sister.
