Mass for John F. Monahan, 80, of Oak Park, will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Ascension Catholic Church, Oak Park. Mr. Monahan, who died Friday in St. Augustine, Fla., served in the Navy during World War II and was a retired employee of Chicago Title & Trust Co. Since 1972, he worked for the Cook County auditor. He is survived by a son, James W.; three daughters, Susan Kelly, Kathleen O`Shea and Maribeth Dempsey; seven grandchildren; and one sister.
