The Reagan administration and the American people, simultaneously enraged and terrified by Moammar Khadafy`s terrorist attacks, are in the meanwhile supporting in a very concrete manner terrorism in Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Is terrorism acceptable in Central America because it suits America`s self-interests?
