Mass for Elizabeth Ann Smaron, 58, wife of former Posen Mayor Joseph Smaron, will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 144th Street and McKinley Avenue, Posen. Mrs. Smaron, of Posen, died Sunday in St. Francis Hospital, Blue Island. Her husband served as mayor of Posen from 1961 to 1985. Also surviving are four sons, Ronald, Joseph J., Todd and Robbie; a daughter, Carol Quinlan; two grandchildren; four sisters; and a brother.
