Services for Franklin L. Grabower, formerly of Chicago, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Delray Beach, Fla. Mr. Grabower, who died Friday in Boca Raton, Fla., was a former deputy assessor of Cook County. He also worked in the real estate and mortgage loan business with the Prudential Insurance Company of America. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Gladys.
