Hercules Computer Technology of Berkeley, Calif., filed suit against PC Network, a Chicago mail-order computer distributor. Hercules, which makes graphics expansion cards for IBM PCs, charged PC Network and a California distributor with packaging copies of Hercules manuals and software with competing graphics cards.
