Services for Joseph Sternbauer Jr., 65, of Villa Park, a beauty shop owner, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Immanuel Lutheran Church, Third and Michigan Streets, Elmhurst. Mr. Sternbauer, a retired command sergeant major in the Army, died Tuesday in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Survivors include 2 sons, Joseph and Michael; 4 daughters, Kathy Roper, Linda Franden, Loretta Callani and Janice Velentzas; a sister; and 13 grandchildren.
