Colony Ridge, a development planned for 1,000 single-family homes in northwest suburban Crystal Lake, has opened Phase Nine of 72 homes with nine homes already presold.
The Residential Development Group Inc. project offers 10 homestyles priced from $71,400 to $108,900. Three new models–the Briarwood, the Woodland and the Windsor–were introduced this year and contributed to opening Phase Nine ahead of schedule.
”The introduction of the new homestyles and affordable financing has boosted sales in the past few months,” said James Coughlin, director of sales and marketing. ”What started out as a good year for sales in 1985, is shaping up into a great year in 1986.”
Ranging from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet of living space, Colony Ridge homes include fully appointed kitchens, baths with cultured marble and quality wood cabinets, prestained natural oak legacy trim, wall-to-wall carpeting, stained wood windows, insulated glass patio doors, vinyl flooring, decorator light fixtures, and one- or two-car attached garage with concrete driveway.
Colony Ridge is located on Dartmoor Drive, west of Randall Road and north of Algonquin Road (Ill. Hwy. 62).
