Services for Gertrude Lucille Boggess, 83, a retired seamstress at Marshall Field & Co. and Carson Pirie Scott & Co., will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Westchester Bible Church, 10600 Cermak Rd., Westchester. She died Wednesday in Good Samaritan Hospital, Downers Grove. Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy; 3 sons, Thomas, William and Loney; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
