Twelve luxury homes will be on display June 14 to July 6 during the 5th annual Parade of Homes sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago in the Promontory subdivision of northwest suburban Long Grove.
The furnished and landscaped homes, to be built on one- and two-acre sites, will range in price from $225,000 to $450,000. This year`s display also will feature a product exhibit tent, entertainment, concessions and a free home plan book.
Builders constructing the homes are: Bigelow Co., Dior Builders Inc., Landmark Homes Inc., Fiduccia & Co. Inc., C.E. Russell & Associates, Moskal Development Corp., Westfield Development Corp., Cambridge Homes Inc., Royster Properties Inc., Kimbo Hill Inc., Rino Builders Inc. and Hawthorne Estates Inc.
The show site is being developed by St. Paul Financial Development Corp.
