United Steelworkers of America filed for an injunction in U.S. District Court seeking to prevent United States Steel Corp. from ”contracting out”
200 jobs at the company`s South Works plant. The union charged that U.S. Steel violated its bargaining agreement by contracting out, to LeBoeuf Corp. on Feb. 15, production work normally done by Local 65.
