Textron Inc. said it has completed the sale of its Bostitch Division to Stanley Works Co. of New Britain, Conn., for $193 million. Bostitch, based in East Greenwich, Conn., makes stapling and nailing tools and fasteners for consumer, industrial and commercial applications.
