BRUNSWICK, Ohio -- In a special meeting Monday (July 15), City Council approved two pieces of legislation related to the financing of the city’s new Fire Department headquarters building at 1094 Hadcock Road.

Law Director Dennis Nevar explained that the legislation -- which increases the not-to-exceed amount of the guaranteed maximum price agreement with RFC Construction by $48,167 for site work, concrete, asphalt, equipment and fire hydrant/waterline assembly at the site -- is a necessary accounting function.
