PARMA, Ohio -- Orange barrels are coming to a southern portion of Broadview Road in Parma and Seven Hills.
“I’m very happy that ODOT (Ohio Department of Transportation) awarded Seven Hills and Parma 80/20 funding for Broadview Road,” Seven Hills Mayor Anthony D. Biasiotta said.
