Shaker Planning Commission sends Ludlow pre-K plans back to study hall

SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Initial designs proposed for the new universal pre-K program in the old Ludlow school have raised concerns from residents and the Shaker Heights Planning Commission.

The project will be among the first initiated through voters’ passage last year of a ballot issue funding an extensive upgrade of most buildings in the Shaker Heights City School District.
