CLEVELAND, Ohio – For decades, Joe Crea shared his love of food with readers in Cleveland. Now, that love will continue to be shared with aspiring chefs, servers and others.

Thanks to Crea’s widow, Gretchen, the longtime food writer and editor’s cookbook collection has been donated to Edwins Second Chance Life Skills Center in Cleveland.
