For example, if you purchased a Saturday and Sunday badge, you may pick them both up on Saturday. Children must be present to be registered for a badge and you will be required to provide emergency contact information for any child registrant. Children are not registered in advance and they do not need to create a Comic-Con Member ID to receive a badge.

You may register a child for a complimentary badge at your designated badge pick-up area, the Badge Solutions Desk, or any of the Lobby RFID Help Desks, during the times listed above.

Undelivered Badges: If your Comic-Con badge was lost in the mail or delivered to a wrong address, please see our Badge Shipping page for instructions.

ID Requirement: Every badge holder will be required to present a valid photo ID when they arrive. Security checks will be performed to ensure that only the person listed on the badge is admitted to the event using that badge. The name on your badge must match your photo ID.

Convention Hours: Comic-Con opens at 9:30 AM Thursday through Sunday. The Exhibit Hall closes at 7:00 PM Thursday through Saturday and at 5:00 PM on Sunday, but there are programmed events continuing until late in the evening Thursday through Saturday at both the Convention Center and some off-site locations like the Marriott Marquis and Hilton Bayfront. Limited Capacity: All event and program rooms have a limited capacity as set by the fire marshal. Although your Comic-Con badge is required to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Most autograph signings are of a limited nature. Your Comic-Con badge does not guarantee autographs at any event.
