- By claiming the Offer, customers are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only one customer per policy bought is eligible to claim for this Offer and multiple Rewards will not be issued for multiple customers named on a single policy.
- A maximum of one Offer claim can be claimed for each single or annual multi trip travel insurance policy bought.
- You must have a Confused.com account in order to be eligible to claim the Offer. You will only be able to redeem the offer after buying a travel insurance policy and proceeding with the claim process on the purchase confirmation page.
- This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, including offers via third party cash back sites.
- This Offer is subject to availability and may be changed by Confused.com at its absolute discretion. The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other gift, voucher or cash value. If a customer chooses to cancel the Offer or suffers damage/loss to their Offer, no replacement offer will be issued. Confused.com accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Offer.
- Any customer data Confused.com holds during this Offer will be held and used in accordance with the Confused.com privacy notice (available at https://www.confused.com/privacy-and-security/privacy-notice) and current UK data protection legislation.
- The provider of this offer is eSIM Go Limited (t/a Breeze) , a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, whose company registration number is 12465777 and whose registered address is at 8 North Bar Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 0TB
- The Offer takes the form of a $4 USD discount to any data packages available in Breeze. This $4 discount covers 2GB of data for a list of destinations*.
- In the case where a $4 discount is not enough to cover the size of the minimum data package for a selected country, customers will have to pay the difference between the $4 and the selected price themselves.
- The customer may also use the $4 discount to buy a bigger / more expensive data package, but they will have to pay for the difference themselves.
- Confused will make 20% commission on this difference
- The purchased eSIM will be installed as detailed by eSIM Go Limited. The customer will receive a QR code after purchase which will install an eSIM on their phone after being scanned. Data utilisation will begin when eSIM is activated. The eSIM will be valid for 12 months. Offer needs to be redeemed by following the Confused purchase journey, and will not be redeemable if customers exit the purchase confirmation page.
- Confused.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at their discretion and without notice.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
