The Keurig Green Mountain facility in Isle of Wight County will close by the end of the year, the company announced Wednesday, leaving 379 employees without jobs.

Keurig Green Mountain began operations at its coffee roasting, grinding and packaging facility in Windsor in 2012. There is no specific date for its closure. No reason has been given for the closure as of Wednesday.

Isle of Wight Economic Development Director Kristi Sutphin said in a news release that her staff will “work with the Commonwealth’s Rapid Response Team to provide resources to impacted employees and assist the company as operations wind down.”
