In new comic miniseries, The Worst Dudes, which can be loosely described as Lobo meets The Big Lebowski: a dirty cop, a drugged-up back-up dancer, and an angsty adolescent god—the absolute worst dudes in the galaxy—are on a raunch-filled hunt for a missing pop star. And from there it gets even stranger.

By Aubrey Sitterson, Tony Gregori, Lovern Kindzierski, and Taylor Esposito, The Worst Dudes is a humorous, heavy metal romp for mature readers. And now, the team has created a music playlist to accompany your reading of issue #1!

Guns N Roses: Rocket Queen - if I got to pick the theme song for the Worst Dudes movie trailer this would be it, total vibes!

Kenny Rogers: Planet Texas - Sam's theme, also an amazing video worth checking out. Kenny Rogers in a showdown with alien cowboys!

Mott the Hoople: All The Young Dudes - Bang's theme! I feel like the Bowie version gets all the love so let's commend the band he wrote the song for.

Mac Miller: Angel Dust - Cal's theme! It's off Mac's Faces mixtape and is unfortunately not on Spotify due to all the uncleared samples. The whole mixtape is a classic. On Spotify, we've instead included another Mac banger, Rush Hour! RIP Mac, gone too soon!

Black Sheep: U Mean I'm Not - This song sums up teen angst, Bang's attitude in a nutshell!

Rollins Band: Disconnect - When I'm trying to work and the world keeps creeping in, this song gets my head right! The Woodstock '94 performance is peak Henry intensity! (On Spotify, we had to go with the 8-Bit Arcade version, which is amazing and hilarious)

Earthgang: Top Down - Purely because the video is a muppet version of the group at a stripclub then hanging out at the bottom of the ocean with mermaids. What's not to love?

Amy Winehouse: Rehab - Plays on a loop in the Carousel Recovery Center! I listen to a lot of Amy, especially her live performances. What an amazing talent, another one who left us too soon!

J.I.D.: Off Da Zoinkys - Great song about kicking drugs, which is something Cal needs to do. Also the video is an homage to the film The Long Goodbye which heavily influenced The Worst Dudes!

NOFX: Separation Of Church and Skate - Lost in a sea of combat boots, flush the bouncers with wasted youth! When did punk rock become so safe? When did the scene become a joke? The kids who used to live for beer and speed now want their fries and coke! Cursing and flipping birds are not allowed, in fact let's keep noise levels down. Nuff Said!
