When a lonely but precocious 10-year-old girl befriends a mysterious giant, she is whisked away into the wonders, and perils, of Giant Country. She soon learns that not all giants are friendly, and she must partner with her 24-foot companion to stop the man-eating giants once and for all.

The BFG

Based on the works of Roald Dahl—the Big Friendly Giant, while a giant himself, is nothing like the other inhabitants of Giant Country. Standing 24 feet tall with enormous ears and a keen sense of smell, he is endearingly dim-witted and keeps to himself for the most part, until he befriends Sophie, a precocious 10-year-old girl from London. Both having been on their own in the world up until now, their affection for one another quickly grows. But Sophie’s presence in Giant Country has attracted the unwanted attention of other giants that are twice as big and at least twice as scary...and have been known to eat humans. Some flashing lights sequences or patterns may affect photosensitive viewers.
